for losing this match.
If you fight someone who has three levels lower/higher rank than you, you get +0.125 for winning this match and -0.125 for losing this match.
If you fight someone who has four or more levels lower/higher rank than you, you get 0 for winning/losing this match.

for example, if you are 4th dan now, after a match:
if your basic points =< 0 your'll be 3th dan.
if your basic points =>6 you'll be 5th dan.
一上来你的基分是3分, 赢同段位对手则+1, 输则-1.
