Jagi builds energy and then does a flying punch attack. The first part has a
bit of invincibility. At max charge this move will blast the enemy even if
they block, and it'll reduce their star gauge by one.
Oil Drum: 214+B
This move can place up to two oil drums on the battlefield. Detonate them with
a shotgun blast or a match - otherwise they disappear in 5 seconds.
Gasoline: 214+D
Jagi can place up to two gasoline slicks on the battlefie ..
