Hokuto Yujoudan Jinken: 236236+C Aura: 1, Stars: 1/2
Toki charges some energy and attacks. This move hits downed opponents.
Both of the following two moves create small green gauges above Toki's boost
gauge that show how much power remains.
Hikou Kikkakou(self): 214214+B Aura: 1, Stars: special
Toki powers up some of his special moves. Changes to their star damage are
